My Diet Diary (1) ~ 30/8/2009

As I promised, I will take this following 3 months to slim down~~
So, from today on...
I decided to post my diet diary so that I will have motivation under the monitor of you all~~
Hahahaha..hope so..~~~

Okie..This is my profile~~

Latest me :



Profile 1 : Shijixue ~*
Current Weight : 65 KG +.+
( I know its weird...But for higher rate of succeed, I have to put this..T.T)
Target weight after 3 months : 50 KG >.< ( I would be glad if I can have more than that..Hiak hiak)

As you all can see from the photo, my tummy super fat,
My flabby arm ~~ Issshhhhhh....
And my face ~~~~~ Uhhhhh....
Okie, I know its kind of unpleasant scene...
But, I promise I will work hard for it!!!

Hopefully, after 3 months...
This is how I will look like..:)

This is my dietary report ~~

26/8/2009 :
Breakfast : Meal replacement milkshake
Lunch : Japanese style lunch
Dinner : Meal replacement milkshake

Water : 4L (unbelievable~~)
Exercise : half hour ( yoga in da room..Hohooho..)

27/8/2009 :
Breakfast : Meal replacement milkshake
Lunch : Korean style lunch
Dinner : Meal replacement milkshake

Water : 4L
Exercise : None

28/8/2009 : The day I masuk hospital..:(

Breakfast : Meal replacement milkshake
Lunch : Chicken soup, vege & little bowl of noodles
Dinner : Mushroom steamboat ( food allergy after this..)

Water : forgotten...:(
Exercise : None

29/8/2009 :
Breakfast : Meal replacement milkshake
Lunch : white porridge ( still feeling weak..)
Dinner : some cereal + milkshake

Water : 2L
Exercise : None

30/8/2009 :
Breakfast : Meal replacement milkshake
Lunch : sweet & sour chicken + vege + half bowl of rice
Dinner : some cereal + cup mee (seems start to lose control di!!)

Water : 2L
Exercise : None

So far so good...I hope I still can maintain this..~~~
