The health profile~~



Due to special promotion for blood test at Pathlab,
Me, hao and jian went to blood test and urine test...
Not for fun...but for our own good...hehehehe
And I got the result today...
I was like @.@.....


The result shown :


The total cholesterol of mine is 5.8 where the normal level should be at about 5.2....
The LDL cholesterol is 4.2 which is DOUBLE the normal level 2.6!!!!

Okay...next....

The level of uric acid is 0.36, slightly higer then the maximum level 0.34....SERIOUS case too!!

Finally....

The WBC and Yeast cell is highlighted as well....

To clear my curiosity, I go online search for the information...

What is actually mean by 膿细胞?

正常小便中可含有极少量的白细胞,要用高倍显微 镜才可在每一个视野中见到2~3个。所谓“脓球”就是破损了的白细胞,多时可以成堆的积聚在一起。尿液中虽含有脓球,但肉眼看不见,须于显微镜下才能识 别,称为“镜下脓球”,如含有大量脓球,以致尿的外观混浊呈乳白色,甚至呈脓状或有脓块,则称为“肉眼脓尿“。孩子发生了脓尿,说明泌尿生殖系统或其附近 发生了感染。小儿泌尿系统感染的病原菌以大肠杆菌为多见,尤其女婴尿道短,易受肛门粪便污染。其次为葡萄球菌、链球菌和变形杆菌。特殊病原感染则比较少 见。

Means I have to say bye bye to my favourite lamb chop, steak and clams....

肾脏疾病、痛风、血液病、高血压、肥胖、糖尿病、铅中毒等都会引起尿酸增高。另外,食物中


嘌呤过高也会引起尿酸增高。

要治疗尿酸偏高,应在饮食方面加以注意:

  1、持理想體重﹐若體重超?理想體重的10% 時﹐應慢慢減輕﹐每月以減重1~2公斤為宜﹐不宜?速﹐且不宜於痛風發作時減輕體重。

  2、蛋白質攝取應充足但不?量。在正常情形下﹐每人每天每公斤體重以攝取1公克蛋白質為宜。

  3、痛風急性發病期間,應儘量選擇普林含量低的食物。如:蛋類﹑奶類﹑五穀類及蔬菜水果。蛋白質儘量由蛋類、奶類供應。並應攝取充足的熱量以避免組織分解﹐產生更多的尿酸。

  4、平常在不影響營養均衡攝取的原則下﹐控制食用普林含量?高的食物(請參考:食物普林含量表﹐第三組為普林含量高的食物)。

  5、脂肪攝取應控制﹐烹調時用油要適量。少吃油炸﹑肥肉﹑皮脂等高脂肪食物,避免經常外食。

  6、黃豆及其製品(如:豆腐﹑豆干﹑豆漿﹑味噌﹑醬油﹑豆芽等)﹐雖含?高量的普林﹐但因普林的種類與肉類不同﹐故於非急性發病期﹐仍可適量攝取。

  7、鹼性食物(如海帶﹑蔬菜﹑水果等)可提高尿酸排除能力﹐可增加攝取。

  8、保持身心娛悅﹐避免壓力。食物攝取亦宜以天然新鮮的食物為主﹐?易攝取所需的各種營養

  9、少吃肉湯﹑肉汁及高湯﹐因為經?長時間烹調的肉湯﹑肉汁及高湯﹐通常含有大量溶出的普林。

  10、多喝水(每日2000㏄以上)﹐避免喝酒。

  11、避免暴飲暴食

  12、?量攝取維生素C﹑菸鹼酸等與尿酸生成有關﹐因此在攝取上述營養補充劑時應特別注意
