Breakfast : Meal replacement milkshake
Teatime : 1 apple
Lunch : Chicken soup, bean sprout
Teatime : Avocado shake ( I just found that avocado got 322 calories!!!) HOly shit!!
Dinner : Dragon fruit 1 big one + Meal replacement milkshake
Teatime : 1 apple
